Position Summary:
The Training and Development Intern plays a valuable role in supporting the training initiatives of Credentia as a leader in healthcare credentialing. This position will assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee knowledge and performance across our healthcare services teams. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts and various departments to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning technologies, and workforce development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of training, education, or human resources.

Education/Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Previous internship, academic project, or volunteer experience related to communication, training, or content development is a plus.
Language Ability:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
Math Ability:
Basic understanding of metrics and data organization to support training evaluations and reports.
Reasoning Ability:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable taking initiative and learning in a dynamic environment.
Computer Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Interest or experience in using Canva, LMS platforms, or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams is a plus.
